Public are allowed to visit & read the contents without any login procedure.

If they wish to contribute messages under any topic, they need to register with the forum and host the messages.

They will be able to link websites or attach documents / photos which are relevant to the messages.

The members are also allowed to give replies, opinion, comments against messages hosted under this forum.

The coordinator will approve the membership, after the online submission of the details of the individuals to become members of the forum.

The coordinator also is authorized to approve the messages from the members for hosting them in the forum. The forum reserves the sole right to publish the messages.
